All about the ironfire minimal glass top coffee table.

If you want a stripped down modern, minimal feel in your room this is the glass topped coffee table for you!

It stands 435mm off of the ground and has a wooden frame of Douglas Fir or Rustic Oak around the outside with 5mm toughened glass sat on top which is retained in each corner to stop it sliding around. Whilst the legs might look skinny, (that’s the look you wanted wasn’t it?), they are in fact made of 2mm thick galvanised steel and braced at each corner with a strong bracket firmly supporting them. We then powder coat the steel with architectural powder coating.

Whether you use our tables inside or out is completely up to you as it will take the weather for years without rusting. We do though recommend our covers to protect against long term UV fade and to keep it clean and ready for you to use. Any natural material will require maintenance however when it’s time to spruce up an ironfire table top just let us know and we’ll send you repair cream you just rub onto cleaned wood.

We try hard to deliver everything ourselves. It means that we get to place the furniture where you want it and get to check that they are delighted before they accept it. It also means that we can safely deliver large sheets of toughened glass and very large coffee tables that can’t be trusted to couriers. So, if you need a huge or even a mega large coffee table, talk to us and of course, if you want a smaller or medium size.

Delivery is made between 2 and a maximum of 8 weeks from order and is largely dependent on when we build a delivery round in an area.  We charge a single charge per delivery (surcharges can apply to offshore & highlands) so whatever you order won’t be charged any more to deliver it!

Here’s how to specify your minimal glass top coffee table – it’s a breeze.

Once you have selected format, finish and size, a price will be displayed – just change any of your choices to update that price or click on CLEAR SELECTION to start over.

First: Choose how your coffee table is formatted.

Half & Half: Either Shelf or top with a wooden surround frame and a glass topper.

Infinity: Shelf and Top with a wooden surround frame and a glass topper.

Minimal solid top: Wooden Top but no shelf. (you can specify if you want glass toppers later).

Minimal glass top: frame and glass. No shelf and wooden surround with a 5mm toughened glass top.

Classic: Solid top and solid shelf (you can specify if you want glass toppers later)

When you’ve decided – click on that option and move to next section.

Second: Choose your finish.

If you hover on one of our popular colours you’ll see more information about that option.

if you want a specific colour then go to the dropdown at the end of our popular colours and choose from another 200+.

All of our wood is 35mm thick sustainable British Douglas Fir dried and then primed and our coatings are UV stable. We then finish with hard wearing matt top coat. That means surfaces are water stain resistant but retain all the beauty of natural wood.

Third:Choose your size.

Our coffee tables are all 435mm high and have a hole in the bottom of each leg so you can fit castors if you wish.

We have coffee tables from 350mm to1400mm Square or rectangular. We can make you an extra large coffee table with matching side tables that sit next to your sofas too.

Once you have found your size and clicked to select it, move on to the next Section.

Fourth: Tell us if you want to use your tables inside or outdoors.

That will offer you option: Indoors (extra glass toppers?) or outdoors (do you want covers)

Last :detail any special instructions in the box provided and when you are ready just click ADD TO BASKET. We deliver direct to you home to make sure you are delighted with your piece and we only charge one low fee per order. That is the only extra that we add.
