The Delivery Zones
At Ironfire, we deliver everything ourselves to make sure you are happy with your
furniture, there’s no breakages and to give you the smiling – “where would you like
it” service that no courier can provide.
As a small company it’s a big undertaking to reach everywhere in the UK and sadly
that means some areas we have to add surcharges to and there are other places
we just can’t get to.
We have all been on websites that mess you around by not confirming costs until
you get to the checkout. – we want you to know our costs before you have
designed your coffee table or measured up for your mirror. So here is our map of
the areas we deliver to.
GREEN: We deliver to you for just £40, though watch out for free shipping
offers available from time to time.
AMBER: We can deliver to you however you are a bit further afield so a surcharge of £20 has to be applied to the usual £40. If as a new subscriber you receive a free shipping offer that means you’ll only be paying £20.
RED: We’re really sorry but we cannot normally deliver to you. We do make some
exceptions so if you have any queries don’t hesitate to contact us.
Our Fair Deliveries
Nobody likes the service offered by courier firms. They deliver cheaply and nationally but it’s rarely a great experience. That’s why we deliver
everything ourselves so we can ensure a joined up service from order to delivery.
Our aim is simply, old fashioned service that brings a smile to client’s faces!

As we deliver our products ourselves you can be assured of a professional and friendly service. We will leave your Ironfire assembled, where you
want it and in perfect condition – no couriers saying “I only deliver to the roadside!”. You can always collect from us free of charge and we’ll be
pleased to meet you and make you a cuppa.
The nitty gritty delivery details
We’ll remove any packaging after delivering, take it away and recycle it for you. A little touch, but we know that they count.
At the same time we ask our customers to understand that we can’t provide more than we charge for. So if necessary, we will ask you to help with
lifting as we don’t want to charge you for a second man to sit in the van all day, and if you live on the 20th floor with no lift then we will need to have
a chat about the logistics!
A signature will be required on delivery of our products. We take this as legal confirmation that you are happy with your purchase. As all of our
products are custom made to order we are unable to offer exchange or refund unless the item is faulty. Likewise, if we are unable to deliver for any
reason then there may be a repeat delivery or storage charge.
